3. Payment and Refunds
Payment Terms:
- Tuition must be paid in full before program start
- All fees in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
Refund Policy:
- Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before start
- 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before start
- No refund within 7 days or after program begins
4. Use of Services
Services are for educational purposes. Students must maintain professional conduct, attend sessions, and complete assignments. Course materials are for personal use only.
5. Prohibited Activities
Students may not violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, share course materials, engage in plagiarism, harass others, or attempt unauthorized system access.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials remain statlabso property. Limited license granted for personal educational use only. Students retain rights to original work created in programs.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
Services provided "as is" without warranties. No representation of specific outcomes. statlabso liability limited to tuition fees paid. No liability for indirect damages.
8. Termination
Students may withdraw following refund policy. statlabso may terminate enrollment for violations. Access to materials ends upon termination.
9. Dispute Resolution
Parties agree to attempt informal resolution. These terms governed by Singapore law. Disputes subject to Singapore court jurisdiction.
